1. The peripheral housing is fully closed. It is made of stainless steel. The internal table surface is made of stainless steel to maintain luster on the surface and avoid cross contamination, conforming to GMP requirements.
2. The transparent protective covers enable the machine operation status to be clearly observed. In addition, they can be opened to make cleaning and maintenance easy.
3. Stepless speed adjustment is adopted to freely control the rotation speed.
4. With mechanical and electrical integration, it adopts touch button and display screen for displaying (rotation speed, output, failure, etc.).
5. The driving system is closed in the oil tank at the bottom of the machine. It is a safely isolated independent part without cross contamination, and the driving shaft is immersed in the oil tank to get sufficient lubrication with reduced noise and wear.
6. The machine is provided with a dust collector to thoroughly collect the dust in the tablet pressing chamber.
7. When it makes double -layer tablets, the output will be reduced by half.
