High Speed Automatic Capsule Filling Machine
NJP series automatic capsule filling machine is a new product specially improved by our company according to the market experience. The whole machine adopts arc design, the equipment flow line is smooth and the appearance is atmospheric. The equipment adopts PLC programming, man-machine interface operation, touch screen display. Automatic alarm display for running faults or lack of materials, automatic shutdown, and automatic elimination of alarms after troubleshooting. The machine also has the functions of password input, parameter setting, data printing, zero clearing and so on. All the main key parts of the machine such as transmission shaft, CAM, bearing are imported materials, reliable quality, is the first choice for filling capsule drugs ideal equipment, and fully comply with GMP requirements.

The equipment adopts internal cam transmission, reduce the center of gravity of the equipment, which is more stable running at high speed. It adopts Ferguson transmission, and the vibration is small. The working noise at high speed is less than 75dB. and the dose difference is controlled within 3-5% (depending on the powder).
