Product Introduction
MACHINE INTRODUCTION
FL series boiling one-step granulator is currently widely used granulation and drying equipment in the world. It is a device that completes mixing, granulation and drying in one closed container at one time (that is, one-step granulator).
The boiling granulation dryer is suitable for mixing, granulating and drying powdery materials. Widely used in pharmaceutical, food, chemical, light industry and other fields.
All the parts of FL series fluidized granulating dryer are made of stainless steel, sealed with silicon rubber inflatable sealing ring, and the particle size can be controlled by using a two-flow spray gun. Mixing, granulation and drying are completed in the same airtight container, the operation is fast and efficient, and dust flying, leakage and pollution are avoided.
FL series fluidized granulating dryer has beautiful appearance, small air resistance, no dead angle, easy to clean, and meets GMP requirements.
MACHINE FEATURES
1.It adopts touch screen + PLC programmable controller, which can realize full-automatic and full-process display;
2.Improve fluidity and reduce dust flying through powder granulation;
3.Improve its solubility through powder granulation;
4.Mixing, granulation and drying are completed in one machine; one-step granulation;
5.Using anti-static filter cloth, the equipment is safe to operate;
6.Set the pressure relief hole, in case of explosion, the equipment personnel will not be hurt;
7.The equipment has no dead angle, the loading and unloading is light and fast, and the washing is clean, which meets the GMP standard.
WORKING PRINCIPLE
The material powder particles of the fluidized granulation dryer are in an annular fluidized state in the raw material container (fluidized bed), preheated and mixed by the purified heated air, and the binder solution is atomized and sprayed to make several particles aggregate Form pellets containing binder. Due to the continuous drying of the material by hot air, the water in the pellets evaporates and the binder solidifies. This process is repeated continuously to form ideal, uniform microporous spherical particles.
