Product Introduction

The equipment casing is welded with 304 # stainless steel plate, with a beautiful and practical appearance.

The entire machine adopts a PLC touch screen control system, and the number of punching and cutting plates can be freely set and adjusted on the touch screen, without worrying about the trouble of frequently changing various gears and cams due to changing packaging specifications and varieties.

The temperature control of the hot sealing roller mold is controlled by an analog temperature module, and an advanced K-type temperature probe is used for temperature measurement to ensure stable and reliable surface temperature of the hot sealing roller mold and improve the sealing performance of the hot sealing medicine plate.

The host adopts a frequency converter for stepless speed regulation, ensuring stable and reliable equipment operation, simple transmission structure, and convenient maintenance.

This machine is also equipped with optional functions such as solid-state mold wheel coding, image and text alignment, fiber optic detection of missing particles and waste removal, to meet the diverse needs of different customers.
