The fully automatic linear liquid filling machine is a fully automatic piston type filling machine. It adopts the piston type quantitative principle, and the electrical and pneumatic components are selected from world-renowned brands. It is controlled by PLC and human-machine interface, with a novel design, beautiful appearance, friendly interface, strong adaptability, simple operation, accurate filling volume, and convenient maintenance. This machine uses the up and down movement of the cylinder to simultaneously drive the piston in the corresponding material cylinder for reciprocating motion, resulting in negative pressure in the front chamber of the material cylinder. The signal valve controls the stroke of the cylinder to adjust the filling amount and achieve the filling effect. Widely suitable for filling various liquids, viscous substances, and pastes, replacing the filling valve (i.e. becoming a multi head thick sauce fully automatic filling machine), and can also fill semi fluid, pastes, sauces, etc. containing particles.
