When there are no chips, bottles or caps, it can alarm and stop automatically. The contact part between the equipment and the tablet is made of 316L stainless steel, which fully complies with GMP requirements. WORKFLOW
- Manually pour the tablets into the tablet storage hopper-tablets enter the sieve part-automatically arrange the tablets into the track-automatically enter the tablet loading position;
- Manually put the bottle into the bottle storage hopper in the same direction-automatically send the bottle to the tablet loading position;
- Manually pour the cap into the cap feeding hopper-automatically unscramble the cap-enter the capping position;
- The machine automatically completes the loading of tablets into bottles, capping and bottle output.
COMPOSITION AND FUNCTION
- Cap sending oscillating plate: Manually put the cap into the oscillating plate, and the oscillation will automatically send the cap to the fixed capping position according to the set direction.
- The part of sending tablets into bottles: the part of feeding tablets into bottles: manually put the tablets into the storage hopper, automatically rub and arrange the tablets to each track, and automatically send the tablets to the loading position. When the loading position is detected When there is a bottle, the tablet feeding cylinder automatically sends the tablet into the bottle.
- Bottle loading part: manually put the bottles into the bottle storage hopper in the same direction, and the machine automatically arranges the bottles and sends them to the tablet loading position.
- Capping part: When a bottle and tablet are detected, the capping part will automatically press the cap into the mouth of the bottle. If there is no tablet or few tablets, the cap will not be capped, and the uncapped bottle will be automatically rejected.
- Electronic control part: The entire operation process of the equipment is controlled by PLC and executed automatically in sequence. When a certain package is missing, it will automatically alarm and delay the shutdown.
- Alarm function: alarm for lack of film, alarm for lack of bottle, alarm for cylinder not in place, alarm for lack of cap.
MAIN MATERIALS
The table panel is made of steel and painted, the table cover is made of 304 material, the other parts are made of aluminum alloy oxidation and 304 stainless steel, and the parts in contact with the tablet are all made of 316 stainless steel.
Remarks: The machine cannot remove all the sundries, some sundries need to be cleared manually on the track, less than one piece can be detected, the machine will not press the bottle cap and automatically remove it, when the bottle cap is not installed on the bottle mouth, it can also Automatically declined. The machine is equipped with a vacuum interface, the vacuum cleaner needs to be prepared by the customer, and the diameter of the interface is 38mm.
