APPLICATION
The automatic capsule filling machine adopted PLC programmable controller, stepless frequency converter, touch screen interface with easy operating, with fault or lack of material, the machine can be automatically alarm and shut down. The machine equipped password input, parameter setting, data printing, re-setting function which make the machine working more safety. The machine main body and powder contact parts were made by stainless steel which meet GMP standard.


FEATURES
1. Small size, low consumption of power, simplification in changing molds. Easy operating and cleaning. Adopt fugexan transmisson, less vibration, its noise is lower than 75dB while running at top speed. The powder filling dosage accuracy within±3-5%. The capsule loading rate is more than 99.99%.
2. The turning-around parts are in full closure, having excellent lubricating conditions. Without old spot on the working bench, avoiding the cross pollution with medicines.
3. Around the dosage disc are fixed with shelter, which can reduce the powder leakage between dosage disc and copper disc, the powder can be recycled.
4.
