MACHINE USAGE
Mainly used for detecting appearance defects in capsule products after filling with pharmaceutical powder
FUNCTION AND CHARACTERISTICS
1. It can accurately detect various internal or external defects of the capsule, such as insertion, ring, dirt, small holes, empty capsules, foreign object capsules, semi filled, top concave, etc. Printing defects can be detected.
2. Multiple CCDs are used for multiple overlapping detections in each quadrant, resulting in an extremely low missed detection rate. Under conventional requirements, the detection accuracy is 99.5%.
3. The high-speed industrial computer data processing system and instruction system can accurately remove the detected defect capsules.
4. Adopting high-speed and high-precision industrial CCD and industrial computer, the equipment runs stably, with a detection speed of up to 100000 particles/hour (PI 8Fpro is 200000 particles/hour), and can operate 24 hours.
