Product Application
This machine is used for carrying out sugar coating and film coating to the core of Chinese traditional and western tablets. It integrates strong power, weak power, hydraulic and pneumatic. It is a new type equipment that improved on the basic of original common type sugar coating machine.

It is composed of the mainframe, controllable normal temperature hot air system, automatic liquid supply and air supply spraying system, etc. The motor adopts frequency converter, using high automation gun spray the coating accessories to tablets surface by the method of automatic electronic control. Meanwhile, the tablets will make continuous and complex track movement in the coating pan. The controllable normal temperature hot air system in the pan will dry the tablets at the same time, make the tablets forming a firm, good complete and smooth surface film.


MACHINE FEATURES
1.The BG series high-efficiency sugar film coating machine is manufactured according to GMP requirements for the pharmaceutical industry.
2.The equipment housing, coating roller (coating pot), hot air cabinet, spraying device and all parts that contact medicines are made of stainless steel.
3.The whole technological process is controlled by microcomputer programmable system or controlled manually. The control system is provided with application programs, various running status options, driving control, various display and other functions.
4.Explosion- -proof measures are available for organic solvents during the organic film coating process.
5.During the closed operation, there is no dust and spattered liquids.
6.Coating medium spraying, drying and exhausting can be carried out simultaneously for film coating. The whole coating procedure can be completed within 1-2 hours, and sugar coating only requires 4-5 hours.
