Dxd-100Q Automatic inside & outside(with tag) tea sachet Packing Machine
Independently designed

One time molding
The inner and outer bags are molded in one go, avoiding direct contact between hands and materials and improving production efficiency. And the functions of internal and external bag making, weighing, heat sealing, cutting, carrying, counting, coding, etc. are automatically completed in one go.
Automatic line hanging and signing
The inner bag is made of filter cotton paper, which can automatically hang labels with threads, and the outer bag is made of composite film. The advantage is that both the label and outer bag can be positioned by photoelectric positioning, and the packaging capacity, inner bag, outer bag, and label can be customized according to customer requirements. The size can be adjusted arbitrarily, and the machine is easy to adjust and runs smoothly.
Stainless steel surface
