Product Introduction
- The equipment consists of three parts: horizontal material sorting queue, inclined weighing platform, and non-destructive removal.
- Install two levels of horizontally arranged vibrating corrugated plates under the silo. The first level divides the capsules and tablets at the bottom of the silo into multiple output channels, while the second level arranges each channel of capsules and tablets in a row after vibration.
- The traditional horizontal weighing platform is made into an inclined chute, and all capsules, residual sacs, round pieces, irregular pieces, and fragments with a diameter smaller than the weighing chute can reliably slide freely by their own weight. The weighing sensor connected to the weighing platform is also inclined and connected to the dynamic weighing module.
- Capsules or tablets are sent out one by one from the second level corrugated plate and slid over the weighing platform, causing the weighing sensor to output a dynamic impact simulation signal. The weighing module uses dynamic signals and dynamic precision weighing algorithms to instantly calculate the weight of the capsule or tablet.
- The removal mechanism can move up and down. According to the pre-set upper and lower limits of weight, capsules/tablets with qualified weight calculation values continue to fly and slide down. Unqualified products, residual capsules, and fragments are intercepted and removed by the instantaneous removal plate during aerial flight, and there is no risk of capsule/tablet being crushed by the removal mechanism.
