Product Introduction

This machine is used to press all kinds of granular raw materials into round and other shapes of various specifications of sheet, is suitable for mass production of basic equipment, its structure is double pressure type, with two sets of feeding device and two sets of pressure wheel. 33 die can be installed on the rotary plate, and 66 die can be pressed after one rotation. The speed of the rotary plate, the filling depth of materials and the thickness of the tablet can be adjusted. The mechanical buffer device on the machine can avoid the damage caused by overload. The machine is equipped with a powder box, through the suction nozzle can absorb the dust produced during the operation of the machine, avoid bonding and plugging, and can be recycled raw materials for reuse. The powder forming machine is an old type of paint tablet press, stable structure and reliable performance.
