1. MACHINE INTRODUCTION
   Rotary vibrating screen is a high-precision fine powder screening machine with low noise and high efficiency. It only takes 3-5 minutes to quickly change the screen and has a fully enclosed structure, suitable for screening and filtering materials such as particles, powder, and mucus. The rotary vibrating screen is excited by a vertical vibrating motor, which is equipped with eccentric weights at the upper and lower ends. The rotating motion of the motor is transformed into horizontal, vertical, and inclined three-dimensional motion, which is then transmitted to the screen surface.    MACHINE FEATURES
   The widest screening range - only the series of three-dimensional rotary vibrating screens can sort such a wide range of raw materials: any particle, fine powder, or slurry can be screened. Sieve up to 500 mesh (28 microns) and filter down to 5 microns.
   Mesh anti clogging - The three-dimensional vibration function and automatic cleaning device minimize the probability of mesh clogging.
   Single layer or multi-layer sorting - Each rotary vibrating screen can be selected with one to five layers of screen mesh, capable of simultaneously sorting or filtering two to six levels.
