Each tablet has been taken a full range of photos by CCDcamera,and the advanced image processing software with powerful algorithm functions can quickly calculate and check, which can accurately and quickly eliminate the detected defective tablets at any speed of equipment operation.
FUNCTIONS & FEATURES
- After fully automatic sorting and filling, the finished product defects of tablets are more in line with the requirements of GMP.
- Multistage sorting and multiple CCD digital cameras are used to detect each tablet from multiple angles for several times at the same time to completely eliminate defective products and ensure product quality requirements.
- Recording and recalling of historical parameters and various real-time date, in order to facilitate production quality management and tracking
