PY-130 Tablet Capsule Deblistering Machine

Product Description

The drug picking machine is an automatic tablet picking (peeling) machine that recycles drugs from aluminum-plastic blister packaging boards with defects. It is equipped with a 304 grade stainless steel casing, a micro electric motor, a primary reducer, a roller combination, a guide plate combination, and a particle blocking rubber plate in sequence. It is also equipped with an electrical brake switch and a disconnect lock switch. A micro electric motor and a primary reducer drive a set of rollers that simulate manual peeling of pills, peeling the entire board of vacuum formed aluminum foil pills from the defective packaging board. The pills are collected separately from the packaging material through guide plates and particle blocking rubber plates.
