RGF-70 Cream/Paste/Gel Tube Filling and Sealing Machine
MACHINE FEATURES
1.Color touch screen is convenient to control and all the operation condition is clear at a glance.
2.Tilted feeding box provide a convenient facility for tube fling. A pinching board is installed beneath it to prevent tube from blocking.
3.Mechanical tube feeding, tube is pressed into the holes of working dishes. Which is stable and reliable .There is to adjust an accessory only when
the product is changed for another size.
4.Simultaneous positive pressure clean and negative pressure dust absorption system with longer cleaning time obtain an even through cleaning result.
5.The precision rate of mechanical linking view correction system is within 0.2mm.
6.Unique serve control, the filling can be adjusted freely by the touch screen.
7.Plug-in type trailing feeding start from the bottom of the tube to prevent air form mixing with cream and reduce the possibility of product oxidation.
Thus the quality of product can be ensured.
8.It can rapid heating by three-layer jacket and film outside the tube.
9.Quick-replace type muti-function nip may perform vertical, circular and abnormal end sealing. The number of batch can printing both single and
double side and convenient to change.
