GL-18/27/40/54 High Speed Automatic Capsule Filling Machine
The equipment adopts internal cam transmission, reduce the center of gravity of the equipment, which is more stable running at high speed. It adopts Ferguson transmission, and the vibration is small. The working noise at high speed is less than 75dB. and the dose difference is controlled within 3-5% (depending on the powder).
The rotary part is completely enclosed, and an automatic lubrication system can be added. The work surface is free of oil and avoids cross- contamination with drugs;
There is a special adjustment device between the dose plate and the copper plate. It does not need to be measured with a feeler gauge, and the adjustment is quick and easy.
The equipment adopts the Siemens human-machine interface, PLC programmable controller, HMl display, it can display output per minute, cumulative output, empty capsule and powder powder status, lack of capsule alarm prompt and automatic shutdown when the powder is insufficient, fault diagnosis prompts, etc.
There are pin holes in the equipment mold installation, and the mold calibration is quick and easy.
Adopt double-supply structure, in the fast running state, the capsule is stable and meets GMP requirements.
The machine adopted brush cleaning and vacuum sucking device, the capsule loading rate is over than 99.99%.
