Automatic Powder Filling Machine
MACHINE INTRODUCTION
This machine is suitable for automatic filling and filling of various powders and powder particle mixtures, automatic positioning of containers, and automatic transportation and departure of filled materials. Widely used in various bottled and canned products, such as milk powder, protein powder, chicken powder, chicken essence, monosodium glutamate, pharmaceuticals, food additives, etc.
MACHINE CHARACTERISTICS
1. PLC control with low failure rate and higher reliability
2. Using digital AC servo motor to control cutting, with high control accuracy
3. Faster speed: The maximum speed of stepper motors is generally between 300-900PRM, while the maximum speed of AC servo motors is generally between 600PRM or 2000PRM
4. The mixer uses a maintenance free deceleration motor from Taiwan, which has low noise, long service life, and lifelong maintenance free characteristics.
5. Working parameters can be stored for future use; Avoids recalibration during material replacement cycles.
