The machine also has fuctions such as password input, parameter setting, print data, and clearing. All the key parts of the machine ,such as driveshaft, cam, bearing, et., are made of imported materials and reliable in quality. They are the ideal equipment for filling capsule medicines and fully comply with GMP


FEATURES
1.The equipment adopts inernal cam transmission, reduce the center of gravity of the equipment, which is more stable runing at high speed. It adopts Ferguson transmission, and the vibration is small. The working noise at high speed is less than 75dB, and the dose different is controlled within 3%-5%(depending on the powder).
2.The rotary part is completely enclosed, and an automatic lubrication system can be added. The work surface is free of oil and avoids cross-  containmation with drugs;
3. The equipment adopts the siemems human-machine interface, PLC programmable controller, HMI display, it can display output per minute, cumulative out put, empty capsule and powder status, lack of capsule alarm prompt and automatic shutdown when the powder is insufficient, fault diagnosis prompts, etc.
