Product Description

The ZW-30 fully automatic pill making machine is capable of automatically extruding and rolling pills, and can produce various Chinese medicinal materials such as water pills, honey pills, powder balls, and pill shaped foods with a diameter range of 3-26 millimeters.


MACHINE PRINCIPLES
 

This machine is a fully automatic shot making machine that integrates strip making and shot making. The strip production mechanism is located on the upper left side of the rubbing rod, straight towards the strip and perpendicular to the two rubbing rods. It has a simple structure and is convenient for

cleaning and maintenance.

The strip making mechanism adopts a gear reduction motor for smooth transmission, and the shot making part is installed in a box gearbox. The shaft of the rolling rod transmission mechanism and the shaft of the rotating transmission mechanism are vertically installed in the gearbox. Each mecha

nism is equipped with a transmission motor, and the gearbox is filled with lubricating oil.

Strip making is the process of extruding materials through a screw, which is equipped with a rotating material pressing plate. The material subjected to compression passes through the forming die to form a strip. The shot making process involves forming the strip through a pair of rotary and axial reciprocating shaft cutters.
