The device adopts PLC programming, man-machine interface operation and touch screen display. Automatic alarm display for operation failure or lack of material, automatic shutdown, automatic elimination of alarm after troubleshooting. The machine also has functions such as password input, parameter setting, print data, and clearing. All the key parts of the machine, such as drive shaft, cam, bearing, etc., are made of imported materials and reliable in quality. They are the ideal equipment for filling capsule medicines and fully comply with GMP requirements.
Features
1.The equipment adopts internal cam transmission, reduce the center of gravity of the equipment, which is more stable running at high speed. It adopts Ferguson transmission, and the vibration is small. The working noise at high speed is less than 75dB, and the dose difference is controlled within 3-5% (depending on the powder).
2.The rotary part is completely enclosed, and an automatic lubrication system can be added. The work surface is free of oil and avoids cross-contamination with drugs;
3.The equipment adopts the Siemens human-machine interface, PLC programmable controller, HMI display, H can display output per minute, cumulative output, empty capsule and powder powder status, lack of capsule alarm prompt and automatic shutdown when the powder is insufficient, fault diagnosis prompts, etc.
4.There are pin holes in the equipment mold installation, and the mold calibration is quick and easy.
5.The machine adopted brush cleaning and vacuum sucking device, the capsule loading rate is over than 99.99%
